Subjects and Syllabus Management
Adding Subjects
- Open Institution Profile:
- Navigate to the institution profile page.
- Navigate to Menu:
- Select Academic from the menu.
- Select Academic Year and Class:
- Choose the respective Academic Year and class.
- Click on Subjects:
- Click on the Subjects tab on the top bar.
- Add Subject:
- Click on Add Subject.
- Enter Subject Code, Subject Name, Faculty Name, and Credits (only if necessary), and click Create.
- The subject will be immediately visible on the subjects page.
- Repeat to Add More Subjects:
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 to add additional subjects.
Managing Syllabus
- Select a Subject:
- Click on the respective subject for which you want to manage the syllabus.
- Add Topic:
- Click on Add Topic.
- Enter the Date, Topic, and Status, and click Add.
- The topic will be added to the list and visible for day-to-day progress tracking.
- Repeat to Add More Topics:
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more topics to the subject as needed.
