Subjects and Syllabus Management

Adding Subjects

  1. Open Institution Profile:
    • Navigate to the institution profile page.
  2. Navigate to Menu:
    • Select Academic from the menu.
  3. Select Academic Year and Class:
    • Choose the respective Academic Year and class.
  4. Click on Subjects:
    • Click on the Subjects tab on the top bar.
  5. Add Subject:
    • Click on Add Subject.
    • Enter Subject Code, Subject Name, Faculty Name, and Credits (only if necessary), and click Create.
    • The subject will be immediately visible on the subjects page.
  6. Repeat to Add More Subjects:
    • Repeat steps 5 and 6 to add additional subjects.

Managing Syllabus

  1. Select a Subject:
    • Click on the respective subject for which you want to manage the syllabus.
  2. Add Topic:
    • Click on Add Topic.
    • Enter the Date, Topic, and Status, and click Add.
    • The topic will be added to the list and visible for day-to-day progress tracking.
  3. Repeat to Add More Topics:
    • Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more topics to the subject as needed.
