Create New Student Profile

  1. Open School Profile Module:
    • Click on the Open Module of School Profile.
  2. Navigate to Students Section:
    • Open the menu in the navbar and click on Students.
  3. Add New Student:
    • Click on the Add Student button.
  4. Check Existing Account:
    • Enter the student's phone number to check if an account exists with Clean ERP.
    • If the account exists, the name will be displayed. Click on the Add Profile to this Account button.
  5. Create New Account:
    • If the account does not exist, create a new account by entering the student's name.
    • The name and number will be displayed along with the Add Profile to this Account button.
  6. Fill Student Details:
    • Enter the necessary details such as:
      • Name
      • Gender
      • Date of Birth
      • Parents Details
      • Contact Details
      • Address
      • Mother Tongue
      • Nationality
    • Once all details are filled, click on the Create Profile button.
  7. Confirmation and Statistics:
    • Upon successful addition, you will be redirected back to the students page, where the new student information will be displayed at the top.
    • You can also view statistics like the total number of students and counts based on gender on the home page.
