Create New Student Profile
- Open School Profile Module:
- Click on the Open Module of School Profile.
- Navigate to Students Section:
- Open the menu in the navbar and click on Students.
- Add New Student:
- Click on the Add Student button.
- Check Existing Account:
- Enter the student's phone number to check if an account exists with Clean ERP.
- If the account exists, the name will be displayed. Click on the Add Profile to this Account button.
- Create New Account:
- If the account does not exist, create a new account by entering the student's name.
- The name and number will be displayed along with the Add Profile to this Account button.
- Fill Student Details:
- Enter the necessary details such as:
- Name
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Parents Details
- Contact Details
- Address
- Mother Tongue
- Nationality
- Once all details are filled, click on the Create Profile button.
- Confirmation and Statistics:
- Upon successful addition, you will be redirected back to the students page, where the new student information will be displayed at the top.
- You can also view statistics like the total number of students and counts based on gender on the home page.
