Student Attendance

Posting Student Attendance

  1. Open School Profile:
    • Navigate to the school profile page.
  2. Click on Menu and Select Academics:
    • Choose Academics from the menu.
  3. Select Academic Year and Class:
    • Click on the respective Academic Year and select the respective class.
  4. Select Attendance Option:
    • Choose the Attendance tab from the top.
  5. Post Attendance:
    • Click on the Post Attendance button.
    • Check the students who are present; the remaining will be marked as absent by default.
    • Click on Post Attendance at the end.
    • Attendance will be posted, and you will be redirected to the attendance page, where you can see the latest posted attendance at the top.
    • For double-checking, click on the attendance record and verify the attendance status.

Reviewing Attendance

  1. Check Attendance Record:
    • You will see who posted the attendance, when it was posted, and for which day it was posted.
  2. Download Attendance Report:
    • Click on the Download PDF button to download a report of the attendance for that day.

Modifying Attendance

  1. Open School Profile:
    • Navigate to the school profile page.
  2. Click on Menu and Select Academics:
    • Choose Academics from the menu.
  3. Select Academic Year and Class:
    • Click on the respective Academic Year and select the respective class.
  4. Select Attendance Option:
    • Choose the Attendance tab from the top.
  5. Modify Attendance Record:
    • Click on the respective attendance record.
    • Click on the Modify button.
    • Make the necessary changes and then click on Post Attendance.
    • For double-checking, click on the modified attendance record and verify the updated status.
