1. Creating New Student Profile

To create a new student profile, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Student Profile section from the sidebar.
  2. Click on the Create Profile button.
  3. Enter the student's details such as name, date of birth, and contact information.
  4. Click Save to add the student to the system.

2. Create New Academic Year and Classes

To create a new academic year and classes, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Academic Year & Classes section.
  2. Click on Create New Academic Year and enter the details.
  3. Define new classes and assign subjects.
  4. Click Save to finalize the changes.

3. Student Allocation to Classes

To allocate students to classes, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Student Allocation section.
  2. Select the student and the class to allocate them to.
  3. Click Allocate to complete the process.

4. Student Attendance

To manage student attendance, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Attendance section.
  2. Select the date and class to view attendance records.
  3. Mark attendance for students as present or absent.
  4. Click Save to record the attendance.

5. Fee Management

To manage student fees, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Fee Management section.
  2. Select the student and view their fee details.
  3. Record fee payments and updates.

6. Subjects and Syllabus

To manage subjects and syllabus, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Subjects & Syllabus section.
  2. Add or update subjects and their respective syllabi.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

7. Exam Schedules

To manage exam schedules, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Exam Schedules section.
  2. Set up and manage exam dates and times.
  3. Click Save to finalize the exam schedule.

8. Publish Exam Results

To publish exam results, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Publish Results section.
  2. Upload or enter exam results for students.
  3. Click Publish to make the results available.

9. Notice Board

To manage the notice board, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Notice Board section.
  2. Add new notices or updates for students and staff.
  3. Click Save to publish the notices.
