Notice Board

  1. Navigate to Notice Board:
    • Click on the menu icon.
    • Scroll down and select the Notice Board option.
  2. Create a New Notice:
    • Click on the Create Notice button.
    • Select the Start Date and End Date for the notice.
    • Add the notice description in the provided field.
    • Click on the Create Notice button to finalize the notice.
  3. View and Verify Notices:
    • After successful creation, you will be redirected to the previous page where the notice will be displayed based on the show date.
    • Verify the notice from Employee or Student accounts.
  4. Notifications:
    • An instant notification will be sent to all employees and students based on the start date.
    • A scheduled notification will be sent at the scheduled date and time if applicable.
